Fleet Branding Brisbane

Custom vehicle wraps and fleet branding for Brisbane businesses. Full wraps, partial wraps and cut lettering for vans, utes, trucks and cars — designed, printed and installed to last.

Fleet Branding

A branded fleet is one of the most cost-effective advertising channels available to a business — your vehicles become mobile billboards working across the city every day. ProGroup Signs designs and installs custom fleet branding for Brisbane businesses, from single-vehicle start-ups to national fleets of 100 or more vehicles. We manage everything from design through to installation, with consistent brand delivery across every vehicle.

Fleet Branding Options

Full Vehicle Wraps

A full wrap transforms your vehicle into a complete moving brand statement. Every panel, every angle communicates your brand. Full wraps are the highest-impact vehicle branding option and completely change the apparent colour of the vehicle — which also provides the benefit of protecting the original paint from UV and minor surface damage. We use commercial-grade cast vinyl from 3M and Avery, rated for 5–7 years outdoors in Australian conditions.

Partial Vehicle Wraps

A partial wrap covers selected panels — typically the sides, rear doors and lower body — while leaving the roof, hood or other panels in the original vehicle colour. A well-designed partial wrap with cut lettering on the remaining panels can achieve strong brand presence at lower cost than a full wrap, and is the most popular format for trade vans, service vehicles and small commercial fleets.

Cut Vinyl Vehicle Lettering

Precision-cut vinyl lettering for business name, phone number, website and key messages — the most cost-effective vehicle branding option for businesses that need basic identification. Available in a wide range of opaque and metallic colours, rated for 5–7 years outdoors. Commonly applied to the rear, sides and rear windows.

Fleet Uniformity Programmes

For businesses with 10 or more vehicles, we develop a fleet branding programme that ensures every vehicle is wrapped consistently regardless of when or where individual vehicles are replaced. We maintain your vehicle template library, brand files and colour profiles so new vehicles can be wrapped on demand to the same standard as the original fleet.

Vehicle Types We Work With

ProGroup Signs wraps commercial vans (Transit, Sprinter, Canter), utes and pick-ups (HiLux, Ranger, BT-50), passenger vehicles (company cars and real estate fleets), SUVs and 4WDs, rigid trucks and curtainsiders, and trailers. We have accurate templates for all major commercial vehicles and photograph each vehicle before design to account for panel variations.

The Business Case for Fleet Branding

Industry research estimates that a single wrapped vehicle generates between 30,000 and 70,000 impressions per day in an urban environment. Compared to the cost-per-thousand-impressions of digital advertising, outdoor advertising or print media, fleet branding consistently delivers the lowest cost per impression of any advertising format. The upfront investment in a fleet wrap typically pays back within the first year of impressions delivered — making it one of the most measurable marketing investments available to a Brisbane business.

Common Questions

Fleet Branding FAQs

Answers to the questions we hear most often about vehicle wraps and fleet branding.

Will a vehicle wrap damage my paint?+
No — when a high-quality cast vinyl is applied to a properly prepared surface and removed correctly, it actually protects the paint underneath. The vinyl shields the original paint from UV, minor stone chips and surface scratches. When it's time to remove the wrap, correct technique — heat and slow peeling at a low angle — leaves the paint intact. We use 3M and Avery cast vinyl with removable adhesive systems as standard.
What is the difference between a full wrap and a partial wrap?+
A full wrap covers the entire vehicle exterior — hood, roof, all four sides and the tailgate or rear. It provides maximum brand impact and completely changes the vehicle's appearance. A partial wrap covers selected panels — typically the sides, rear doors and lower body — while leaving other areas in the vehicle's original colour. A partial wrap with complementary cut lettering is a cost-effective way to achieve strong brand presence.
How long does a vehicle wrap last?+
Cast vinyl wrap is rated for 5–7 years outdoors in Australian conditions when applied correctly and maintained. Factors affecting longevity include sun exposure, washing frequency and the operating environment. We use commercial-grade cast vinyl rather than calendered vinyl, which has a significantly shorter outdoor life.
Can you wrap leased vehicles?+
Yes. Vehicle wraps are commonly applied to leased fleet vehicles because the wrap can be removed cleanly at end of lease, leaving the original paint intact. Many fleet managers prefer wrapped vehicles in a lease fleet because the wrap protects the paint, improving end-of-lease return condition. Confirm your lease agreement permits wrapping — most commercial leases do.
Can you match our brand colours across multiple vehicles?+
Yes. We colour-manage all fleet jobs to ensure consistency across every vehicle. We use ICC colour profiles and commercial print processes to match your Pantone or CMYK brand colours within tight tolerances. For large fleets, we produce a colour-approved proof vehicle before proceeding to the full fleet.
