Types of Lightbox Signage

Double-Sided Projecting (Blade) Lightboxes

A projecting lightbox extends at 90 degrees from the building wall, displaying graphics on both faces — one for pedestrian and vehicle traffic approaching from each direction. Projecting lightboxes are the most visible form of shopfront signage because they can be seen from a much wider angle than a flat fascia sign. They require a structural wall mount or custom bracket and are subject to council approval for projection over a public footpath.

Slim-Line LED Panel Lightboxes

Fabric Tension Lightboxes

An aluminium frame system with a tensioned fabric graphic face — the fabric is printed with dye sublimation and tensioned into the frame to create a smooth, wrinkle-free surface with no panel joints. Fabric tension lightboxes are lighter than conventional cabinet systems and allow quick graphic changes. The graphic can be replaced without tools.
